Shipping and Returns Policy
Holiday Shipping:
Due to high holiday volumes, shipping companies are experiencing delays that result in longer delivery times of 10+ business days instead of the standard 3-7. If you’ve received an order confirmation from us, your package is currently in transit. Due to these high volumes, shipping companies may not update your tracking information. Please know that our team and our supply chain partners are working very hard to ensure all packages are delivered as quickly as possible. We are extremely grateful for your patience!

In the US and Canada:
Shipping within the United States is $6.99 per order. We ship via FedEx or DHL, and you should allow 3-7 business days for delivery*. Orders over $59, and auto-delivery orders shipping within the US get free standard shipping.
*Shipping to HI, AK, and US territories can take 14+ business days.
Shipping rates to Canada vary based on weight and location, and delivery times can be from 7-21 business days. Canadian customers are responsible for all duties and taxes, VAT, etc. upon delivery, and you may need to work with your local post office to pay customs and duties before they release your shipment to you. If you fail to pay applicable duties, taxes and fees the package will be abandoned and Further Food will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.
Outside the US:
International customers can purchase most Further Food products on iHerb.com.

We are so confident in the power of our products, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for the purchase price of your products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, just return the container and your receipt within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product purchase price. To obtain a refund, you must notify Further Food immediately via email at wecare@furtherfood.com no later than 15 days after purchase. You must return a copy of the receipt and container to Further Food at the address specified to you via email within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged product. Your order may be subject to a restockign fee which is determined at our disgression.
