Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons coconut butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons organic maple syrup, or honey
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon Superfood Matcha Powder

1 scoop Further Food Collagen Peptides
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 dashes ground nutmeg
- 2 dashes salt
- 1/2 cup cacao nibs
Directions
Melt coconut butter and mix with vanilla extract and maple syrup.
Mix in salt, matcha powder, cinnamon, collagen, and nutmeg, and then slowly add almond flour until well combined.
Stir in cacao nibs.
Roll into balls and then flatten into cookies. Press fork on top to make impressions.
Place on parchment paper in freezer for at least 15 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
