Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water (or regular water)

2 tbsp Further Food Superfood Matcha
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the coconut water (don’t boil)
- Whisk in the Further Food Superfood Matcha until fully dissolved.
Stir in honey (and maple syrup) and vanilla extract.
Gradually sprinkle in the gelatin while whisking constantly to avoid clumps.
Once fully dissolved, remove from heat and pour into silicone molds.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set.
Pop out of molds and enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to a week.
