Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup, agave, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons Further Food Superfood Matcha
- 1/4 cup melted and cooled coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar

- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Optional chocolate topping: dairy free dark chocolate with 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix together all wet ingredients until well combined.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and bake for about 12-15 min
