1 cup rolled oats

3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 small apple or ½ large red apple, diced

Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Note: You can also mix in apple with oats in step 1 and let it soak overnight. This allows the apple to soften a bit, if preferred.
