Ingredients
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 4 dates
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup organic puréed pumpkin
- 1/2 cup soaked cashews
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 2 scoops Further Food Marine Collagen
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions
In a food processor, mix together all ingredients until combined. Press into a dish and freeze while you make the filling.
Blend together all ingredients until smooth, Pour over crust, drizzle coconut butter on top and freeze until solid.
Leave out for about ten minutes to thaw cutting into bars and serving. Enjoy!
