These cookie dough bites are made with wholesome ingredients and have the same taste and texture of real cookie dough! Not to mention they are high in protein with about 7 grams of protein in one cookie dough bite! You can also easily make these vegan by using vegan chocolate chips.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashew butter, room temp
- 1/2 cup oat flour

1 scoop Further Food Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup 100% pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
In a large bowl, combine cashew butter, maple syrup, olive oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Add oat flour, protein powder, and salt. Using a wooden spoon, mix until a "dough" forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop out bites using a cookie scoop. Enjoy as is or chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes to firm up!
Recipe Note
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. Or store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
