1 heaping scoop unflavored protein powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips (I use gluten free, dairy free, soy free chocolate chips)
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
1. combine protein powder, vanilla, almond butter
- 2. melt chocolate in the microwave. I heat it at 30-45 seconds at a time, mix, and then add it back to the microwave to melt more (another minute or so)
- 3. Add small layer of chocolate to a mini silicone cupcake pan, just enough to cover the bottom. Freeze for 30 minutes
- 4. Divide protein dough into 12 mini balls and flatten
- 5. Remove pan from freezer and add the dough
- 6. Top with remaining chocolate
- 7. Freeze for an hour
- 8. Pop them out of the cupcake pan and enjoy! You can store in an airtight container in the fridge.
