They are melt in your mouth good and will have you craving more. These cookies turn out moist, fluffy and rich in hazelnut flavor. Plus, they are super easy to make. Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2-3 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1-2 scoops of Further Food Hazelnut Collagen
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Cinnamon (to taste)
- Nutmeg (to taste)
- Sprinkle of sea salt
- 1/4 hazelnut chocolate bar
- 1-2 teaspoon of coconut oil
Directions
Mix 1 whisked egg, almond butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
Add almond flour, Further Food Hazelnut Collagen, chocolate chips, baking soda, cinnamon, fresh nutmeg, sprinkle of sea salt.
Spoon onto parchment paper. Bake at 325 for 12-14 min.
Heat hazelnut chocolate bar with 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil in 30 second increments. Drizzle melted chocolate onto cookies.
