Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour (can substitute with oat)
- 3 scoops of Further Food Hazelnut Collagen
- 2 scoops of protein powder of choice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 tablespoons runny nut butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup (or date syrup)
- 1 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla or hazelnut creamer
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons coconut butter
- 1/4 bar of hazelnut chocolate (to drizzle the bites)
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together first.
Mix in runny nut butter, maple syrup (or date syrup), almond milk, vanilla or hazelnut creamer, and vanilla extract.
Roll into balls and place on a tray. Freeze for about 10-15 mins.
Heat coconut butter (In the microwave for 15 second increments). Dip each ball and set back on tray.
Melt 1/4 hazelnut chocolate bar with 1 tbsp coconut oil.
Drizzle coated balls in the chocolate and return to freezer for 5-10 mins.
Store in refrigerator for a more fudgey texture.
