This chocolate peanut butter mousse is the ultimate comfort food sweet treat. With just a few ingredients and a blender, you get a luscious silky chocolate peanut butter dessert. You can add more or less maple syrup or substitute with honey as you wish. A key ingredient is gelatin which gives this mousse a creamy texture, while also giving you lots of health benefits, including stronger bones and joints, softer skin, and improved digestion. Enjoy this guilt free dessert right after making it when it has a more pudding like consistency. Or refrigerate it for a firmer custard treat.
Ingredients

1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons full fat coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (use more or less to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Further Food Premium Gelatin
- 1/4 cup water

1 scoop of Further Food Chocolate Collagen
Directions
- 1. In blender or food processor, combine cacao powder, peanut butter, coconut milk, cinnamon and maple syrup.
- 2. Stir the gelatin into the water. Mix thoroughly.
- 3. Add gelatin mixture to blender and mix again.
- 4. Pour into 2 serving cups. You can either eat this right away as a pudding or refrigerate for an hour or more for a more custard, mousse like consistency.
