I LOVE how food can bring us back to happy childhood memories.
As a kid, my sister and I would sit on the couch early on Saturday mornings watching “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” while my parents slept and would have a huge blow of Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal. But being diagnosed with Celiac disease and multiple food allergies as an adult doesn’t allow me to eat that kind of sugary, gluten-laden stuff, so I got inspired by my love for cereal and created this super easy, fun recipe that leaves me feeling uh-mazing! Plus it makes for a great breakfast or snack on the road for long hikes or just an afternoon pick me up. This recipe is sweet, satisfying, crunch, flavorful, quick and easy! You guys are going to LOVE it!
