¼ cup melted coconut oil

½ cup coconut sugar

1 scoop Further Food Chocolate Collagen

½ cup almond flour

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp cinnamon

½ cup frozen cherries

¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8x8 with parchement paper or grease lightly.
In a bowl, mix almond butter, melted coconut oil and coconut sugar.
Whisk in eggs until well combined.
Stir in collagen, almond flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
Fold in cherries and chocolate chips.
Spread the batter evenly in pan.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the edges look set and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy!
