Matcha has been shown to help lower cholesterol as well as blood sugar and is most known for having as many antioxidants as 10 cups of green tea! In addition to matcha this mocktail contains blue spirulina which is a nutrient powerhouse all on its own as it is loaded with B Vitamins, Iron, and contains anti-inflammatory properties!

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1/4 teaspoon blue spirulina
- 10 ounces milk (dairy or non), we used unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sweetener to taste: stevia, monkfruit, or other of choice
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- Ice to fill glass
Directions
Whisk matcha powder and spirulina with hot water to dissolve.
In a shaker or mason jar, combine all ingredients and shake well.
Pour into a highball glass filled with ice.
