1 cup of water

⅓ of a cup of coconut oil

Estimated Servings***

Human: ¼ of a teaspoon (twice a day recommended)

Dog/Cat/Small Mammal: ¼ of a teaspoon

Horse: 1 teaspoon

Directions:

  1. Warm the water in a saucepan on low-to-medium heat.
  2. Once the water gets warm, add in Superfood Turmeric and bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Turn the heat down and allow the mixture to simmer. Wait until it has formed a thick paste. If needed, add small amounts of water until the proper texture is reached.
